Sr. Data Scientist

Role

Sr. Data Scientist for an R&D center in Bulgaria, part of a fast-growing FinTech startup using AI and product design around insurance comparison and purchase.

Work closely with marketing to improve offer methods and targeting across paid search, retargeting, and email. Develop models and algorithms to personalize ranking and improve conversions in product experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years building ML models with clear business impact
• Strong Python (numpy, pandas, sklearn, etc.) and SQL
• Fast learner, comfortable in startup-paced delivery
• Ability to clarify business problems and implement solutions
• Graduate degree in a technical / quantitative field
• Fluent English
