Role

Build a cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulation platform that trains users to recognize threats. Senior backend engineer with project leadership: hands-on backend/infrastructure, architecture, implementation, realistic phishing scenarios, response tracking, and analytics for security posture.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend with Python
• Django or Flask
• Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• DevOps / infrastructure familiarity
• Exposure to cybersecurity / phishing / social engineering concepts
• Experience leading teams or initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment
